Today, I lead the EMEA region as Managing Director at Hireguide, as we build better interviews with skills-based hiring science and I/O psych validated genAI.

Before this, I led Rev.com in EMEA, a profitable $100m+ scale-up delivering the world’s most accurate automated speech recognition to 170,000 customers using a marketplace of 75,000 experts in the loop to reinforce the AI.

Previously I built and sold RoboRecruiter Inc, to messaging Unicorn Gupshup in 2020. RoboRecruiter is an award-winning RPA start-up compassionately transforming the hiring journey to make it more enjoyable, fair, and efficient; think Twilio for recruitment.

Before that, I led an incredibly successful enterprise sales team at LinkedIn for eight years. I grew revenues from $0 to $300m ARR including $100m of incremental revenue across EMEA.

Previous to LinkedIn, as Managing Director and Board Member of totaljobs.com’s international division, I built www.the-network.com into a powerful 120 country partnership.
